Pauline–so far, so good. We had snow and sleet yesterday, but none of the destructive freezing rain that plagued areas east of us. We’re enjoying a pretty little snowfall this morning but all should be gone by noon.

Jason–I was able to brush the snow from the camellia shrubs before it turned to ice, so no breakage. Unfortunately, many of the flowers had started to open and will be burned from the cold. It was a pretty snow, though, and I’m all for making lemonade out of lemons.
