    Marian,
Thank you so much for the wonderful photos and story about Kilgore-Lewis Christmas. We had great attendance at the party Saturday night and Sunday afternoon at the open house, and so many people were especially interested in the tea tree. We appreciate you so very much!

I saw one of these on a walk with a friend in a nice Charlotte neighborhood and loved its foliage, so when we had a major landscaping project done in our back yard, I had three of these included. They are now blooming, and I just love their shiny green leaves. One was moved twice before I found the right exposure for it, and it was very forgiving — even after a hard freeze killed most of the leaves and the local deer herd came by and ate several of the new, tender leaves. We solved that problem (I hope) with a rebar cage to protect it from future snacking.
